I was so happy last week when I found Costa had put their festive food and drinks menu up I had a Brownie hot chocolate and a gingerbread snowman that come with a tube of icing and pack of smarties so you can decorate it yourself I was rather pleased with the end result I think it looked cute if I added a scar to it though it would have probably looked like Harry Potter aha. The brownie hot chocolate is so nice especially with the little brownie pieces that sink to the bottom (saving the best till last) they also do other seasonal hot chocolates like black forest gateau which I will have to try on my next visit which just happens to be tomorrow Wednesday is Costa Wednesdays :3. So if you fancy what they have to offer get yourself down to your closest Costa's :)

Blog on depression, self harm etc
I haven't blogged for a couple of weeks because I've been feeling pretty crappy I've been tired all the time and just haven't been interested in doing much apart from being a potato today I got asked what I wanted for Christmas and I wanted to reply with "my dad back" but I didn't want to make my friend feel awkward so I just said nothing. On average 1 in 4 people will experience some kind of mental health problem in the course of a year and 1 in 10 adults will suffer from depression at some point in their life. People need to learn that you can't just "snap out" of depression and it is a real mental illness and being depressed isn't when you just feel down for a day or so it is being in a state of basically feeling shit persistently for weeks, months maybe even years. I'm writing this blog just to give some advice on some helpful websites and to offer friendship to whoever may need it. Anyone who lives in or around Leeds can go to The Market Place who offer help on just about anything to 13-25 year old's http://www.themarketplaceleeds.org.uk/ you can drop in whenever its open or you can book an appointment. The NHS site offers brilliant advice on low moods, depression, stress, anxiety and just about anything http://www.nhs.uk/conditions/stress-anxiety-depression/pages/low-mood-and-depression.aspx and another helpful site is ChildLine http://www.childline.org.uk/Pages/Home.aspx which I have used many times in the past the counsellors on the one to one chat are really helpful and try their best to understand the situation and I personally always feel a little bit better after talking to them. If you talk to them through the sites one to one chat you don't even have to type you can choose an emoticon to represent how you're feeling and they'll understand or you can draw a picture or choose words from a word bank to show how you're feeling and of course you can call them or e-mail them too and everything is strictly confidential. Seeking help if you think your problem is getting worse should be nothing to worry about as there are a lot of resources that are free to young people and they are there to be used. Self harm is also linked to depression and there are many sites to help with that too self harm does not mean you are weak and there can be many reasons for doing it. I too have self harmed and if you feel the need you have to do it please make sure you clean the cuts and look after yourself I would just like to let everyone who reads this know they are beautiful and very very fabulous
